SBSL AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1 Airport regulations

At the airport a number of local regulations apply. The regulations are collected in a manual which is available at the AIS Unit and at the Terminal Building.
The AD may be regularly used by any ACFT which is compatible with RCD 4E or lower.
RCD: RWY 06/24 4D.

Compulsory prior AUTH from the concessionaire with at least 02 (two) HR in advance of the operation, upon request through the WebApp-CCR AVG via the link ga.ccraeroportos.com.br when
01 - ACFT requires patio reservation;
02 - ACFT with international registration;
03 - ACFT with Brazilian registration and more than one owner/operator registered in the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry (RAB);
04 - ACFT with Brazilian registration, without aircraft/financial registration in the WebApp-CCR AVG or that needs updating, even without the intention of using the apron;
05 - Exempted ACFT, on an experience or instruction flight, in cases where the aircraft registration category in the RAB is not listed as PRIVATE, INSTRUCTION or EXPERIMENTAL.

The Airport Operations Center (APOC) will analyze the request and return the status through the WebApp- CCR AVG. When necessary, adjustments in the schedule will be requested and must be regularized within 30 MIN before the operation, otherwise the request will be canceled.

Ground OPS at position 9 in APN 01 in night conditions must be coordinated with the airport administrator 3 HR in advance.

Mandatory use of moorings on APN 2 when staying for a period of more than 3 HR and/or as needed due to weather conditions.

6 Taxiing - limitations

ACFT weighing over 20 tons are conditioned to tow OPS to DEP PRKG. It is up to the OPR to provide means, hired or not to carry out such OPS.

ACFT weighing over 20 tons, when using parking position number 4 or 5, may start engines after finishing the pushback operation only.

ACFT parked or moving on the general aviation apron in the vicinities of Maranhão Flying Club or the CLA hangar will be out of the visual contact of the control tower, due to obstruction provoked by the covering of the passenger terminal and the embarkation corridor number 1.

ACFT are prohibited to operate it they may not provide means to allow a permanent two-way radio voice communication with the control tower.

Military ACFT should contact in advance phone: +55 (98) 32598097 or 3311-9901 for use of PRKG apron of Alcântara Launch Center, considering its operational restrictions. MAX maneuvering capacity: two EMB 110 type ACFT; MAX HANGAR capacity: two CESSNA 208 type ACFT.

RWY 06/24 AUTH turnaround 180 DEG for ACFT with wingspan equal or greater than 28.7 m only in THR.
