SBFL AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1 Airport regulations

At the airport a number of local regulations apply. The regulations are collected in an Airport Operations Manual,
AIS Unit and next to the airport administration which is available at the terminal building.
Turn on motor and push-back only after COOR with administration airport by fiscal os APN, after liberation ACFT
shall call control agency.
The AD may be regularly used by any ACFT which is compatible with RCD 4C or inferior;
Authorization for Special Operations. Operations for B757-200 aircraft are allowed according to special procedures described in the MOPS approved by ANAC.

ACN/PCN balance, jet blast, and wingspan and length, for aircraft with wingspan equal or larger than 36 meters, restrict aircraft’s use of certain taxiways when using their own power.

Movement at TWY Y2 of Apron 1 subject to restrictions of speed of 8KT for ACFT C.

SBFL AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES

General provisions

Unless special permission has been obtained from the Approach Control or the Control Tower as appropriate, flight within TMA and CTR shall be in accordance with the Instrument or Visual flight rules.
a) AD Traffic Pattern:
RWY 14/32: Circle through sector north of the AD during day period only.
RWY 03/21: Circle through sector west of the AD (See d1 and d2).
b) ACFT OPR domestic or INTL TFC weighing over 12T, are conditioned to push-back OPS at PRKG exit. It is up to the OPR to guarantee the availability of means, whether on his own or hired, to execute such OPS.
c) Night operation
1) Circling Procedure and AD Traffic Pattern:
RWY 14/32: Not authorized during night period.
RWY 03/21: Under the conditions prescribed in d2 only.
2) Landing on RWY 03: Not authorized under normal conditions. It may be authorized exceptionally, provided that
RWY 32 cannot be used due to unexpected closure or aircraft operational restriction and also when:
- ceiling and visibility are, at least, 1500FT and 5Km respectively;
- pilot requests landing on RWY 03;
- lighting along the foot of Morro do Ribeirão is in operation; and
- maximum speed on base leg is 140kt (not beyond lighting).
3) Take-off from RWY 21 is subject to the functioning of the lighting mentioned in d2, third item. Aircraft taking off shall initiate right turn up to the beginning of the lighting referred to.
4) Restrictions to OPS at RWY 14/32 and 03/21 during the night period exempt the MIL ACFT, which crew declare that are familiar with the area and aware of the existence of the elevation around the AD, by the criteria and responsibility of the air unit commander.
5) RWY 14: Touchdown points IFL ILS and PAPI not coincident and separated (28M).
d) OBS VAC for entrance to or exit from the traffic pattern.
